In this newest 2-day workshop artists will learn a variety of processes to produce gorgeous backgrounds, mono-prints and one-off works of art. We will utilize OPEN acrylics, QoR Watercolor paints, Gelli Arts Printing Plates, Plexiglass Printing Plates, along with artist participant designed collagraph printing plates utilizing various gels and mediums. Prints will be “pulled” on a selection of papers including Arches 88 watercolor paper. This is a two day workshop as we will need an overnight period to allow our “printing plates” sufficient time to dry. Necessary paints will be supplied, however participants are encouraged to bring their own “Gelli Arts" plate, brayer and a selection of papers to print on if they have them already in their possession. Participants may also wish to bring their own “Stencils” in order to have a greater variety of imagery at their disposal. Additional Arches 88 paper will be available for purchase should the artist wish to print a larger selection of imagery. Event hours: Tuesday 12:30pm to 4:30pm & Wednesday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
